SA Energy, with 30+ years in the energy sector, offers comprehensive services across the UK, from designing to maintaining renewable energy systems like solar and air source energy. Their deep understanding of the industry's challenges ensures they can craft bespoke solutions for any project.

The challenge

SA Energy offers a range of storage systems, in a variety of sizes and configurations. They wanted a way of allowing their end users and installers to be able to quickly see how their products will look in place.

What we delivered

In response to this challenge, we developed a cross-platform augmented reality (AR) app, that allows users to:

  • Visually place batteries, inverters and heat pumps on their screen within a real-world context.
  • Dynamically move these elements to explore the most effective placement options.
  • Capture snapshots of these configurations and directly request further information or a quotation.

The results

By providing a hands-on, interactive experience, the app streamlines the decision-making process, reducing both time and cost. And as well as increasing existing client engagement and satisfaction, it has also proved itself as a useful lead generator and attracted multiple new clients.
